Protecting Varnish - Lamour Black Covering Varnish - 250ml

Lamour coating varnish is applied with a brush while cold to the back and edges of the plates. Its purpose is to protect against acid etching. It is highly durable and helps protect an already engraved plate during long-term storage. This varnish is particularly recommended for the aquatint technique.
