Waterbased Gilding Mixture - 118ml

Charbonnel Water-Based Gilding Mixture is specially formulated for specific, faster-paced projects on absorbent surfaces such as wood or plaster. Gold leaf can be applied approximately 30 minutes after application and up to 24 hours later. Characteristics of water-based gilding mixture: • Packaging: 118 ml & 1 L • Application: First coat diluted 20% with water, second thin coat undiluted • Drying time: approximately 30 min This mixture cannot be polished with a burnisher, and areas not gilded must be protected with a finishing varnish.
